Our solution for customer:

 Two stage cooling:

First stage: Use our heat exchange plates (full with water)  let  90℃ sauce packets water temperature down to 45℃

Second stage: Useour heat exchange plates(full with Freon ) let 45℃ sauce packets water temperature down to 15℃

Features:

1.     Two stage cooling saving energy 50%

2.     Even if there is a broken bag it is easy to clean without causeblocking
